Cute but too small

I normally wear petite medium (12-P) but couldn’t even get my arms in the medium. Returned it & ordered petite large. That one was too tight across the shoulders. Returning that one today. Too bad because I liked the dress for work.

Not good quality

It has cheap stretch fabrics by sides. It is not denim. Very thin. Return it.
