NY Petite Sleeveless Empire-Waist Dress

The fabric was comfortable for hot days and trim was intricate. Nice color for summer. Runs small in the bust area. If you are slightly busty you will find the fit constraining. It is a pullover style and difficult to put on because you have to tug at the hem to get it past your bust and difficult to take off for the same reason. It does not just slip on and off. I would not recommend
