Sent the wrong color…Macy’s mistake

I must start by saying I ordered the very navy dress but received a black dress instead. As well as my eyes seeing it was black, the tag and label said so as well. I wa highly disappointed as I am disabled and there is no longer a Macy’s in my city so to return/exchange is even more inconvenient and difficult. I couldn’t rate it less than five and decided to keep it and try later to get a navy one even though Macy’s has been failing to send correct items ordered as this isn’t the first time this has happened to me as well as others from reading reviews. I like that the dress was just as pictured. The fabric of the dress is superb and although light it is not see through. The fit and flow is luxurious. It is, in my opinion, true to size. The dress is and looks like a quality item. I have not worn it (just tried it on) and I have not washed it yet.

It looks beautiful on. True to size. Material is very nice and very giving. I'm wearing to my son's rehearsal dinner.

Nice material but cut very low for a curvy woman. I am returning it.

Thin and Poor Quality

Even with a slip, the fabric is too thin and sheer, which is surprising since the color is black. It looks and feels like a dress from a dollar store. The craftsmanship is poor quality.
