Poor service

I ordered 2 items on 7/2/24. 1 item was ready on the 9th and I was told I could wait until they both were ready at the Macy's Northlake to pick them both up. Today is 7/19/24. The first item was canceled because I didn't pick it up and the 2nd item never came. It's been 15 days since I placed this order. I tried to cancel the order altogether but only partially refunded. This was the worst Macy's experience ever!!!! Belks has much better customer service protocols!!!! Macy'Do Better!!!!!

Wrong cut

I had to give it one star to be able to write a review. This dress was terrible. It is not cut right. The chest pockets are not symmetrical.
