Gorgeous and even eye safe I used it for a Navi Cosplay- but it would be a pretty eye base or cream shadow

I want more!

Used this to do an oversized cat-eye for Way of Water, got a ton of compliments and it lasted all day! (Used over an eye primer but with no setting spray). Wish it was an everyday product and not limited edition!
