Can’t advance product

Can not advance product in tube. The previous question about this was not answered by company but company gave instructions on how to sharpen instead. I love the color and ease of application but now useless after 5 applications.

Breaks Easily

This product breaks off every time I use it. I love the colors and once I actually get the pencil to work, it's gorgeous on.

SHARPEN WITH A EYELINER PENCIL SHARPENER!!

I think NYX should send me free eyeline for life, I am about to post this everywhere! I loooove this eyeliner...the colors are beautiful, it goes on smoothly, and it stays on! I was aggravated that it didn't twist to move the pencil up, so thought I had to buy a new one way too often. Then I read some tiny print somewhere that said you can use an eyeliner sharpener...on the plastic. i tried it and it WORKS! NYX PLEASE post this everywhere in big bold type!!

THIS IS AN AWFUL DESIGN AND A WASTE OF MONEY

What a waste of money! i WISH i had read the reviews before buying. Itt cannot be sharpened, contrary to what the NYX people write. Who in the world designed this pencil??? I hope I can find my receipt, so I can return it.
