Pencil broke after one use!

My second time buying this will be the last. The top of the product came off after the first use and there's no way to reattach

Do better

I like the eyebrow pencil however they break to easy and finish quickly. I know they’re not expensive, but I need a quality product for the money I am paying. Do better NYX we notice the change.

A black eyebrow product that is actually black!!

Thank you for making an eyebrow product that is actually black! Other brands offer "black" shades that turn out to be dark brown, this has happened to me too many times!! My hair is dyed blue/black and brown eyebrows are not the look! Thank you guys 🖤🖤

Very orange!

I bought in Blonde and Taupe to see if either shade would match my blonde hair. They both look orange, but the Blonde looks like I drew a Cheeto on my face. Soooo bad and not at all blonde color.

Bad color for gray blonde. Supposed to be a cool blonde shade but looks very warm
