Ok so first of all, I am a fashion victim of the 90s. If you're anywhere around my age (36) I'm sure you remember when it was all the rage to have those skinny AF brows. If you're a younger millennial or gen z, go to YouTube and look up a clip from Beverly Hills 90210 (the original) and you'll see what I mean. I started plucking the crap out of my brows starting in 1996 when I was 12. I remember my grandmother telling me not to because "they may not grow back and thick eyebrows always come back in style". Because I was 12 I thought I knew more than my 70yr old grandmother, of course. Didn't we all? Anyway I promise this has a point. My brows certainly did NOT grow back and I have the thinnest most ridiculous eyebrows so yeah, I gotta draw them on and fill them in. However I am CONSTANTLY having to reapply because in warm to hot weather or while working out they will just melt right off. My kids give me so much crap for saying things like "oh no, I need to put my eyebrows back on!" They think it's hilarious. However, this product omg it's like the holy grail. First of all it has some sort of black magic in it or something, I have no idea but it makes my eyebrow pencil go on way more smoothly and with more pigment. And it really does last all day which is amazing because a good eyebrow pencil isn't cheap and having to reapply 7 times a day is expensive. I am so so happy I purchased this, so pleased with the results and the low price is really, really nice. Also for the record I use 3 different brow pencils depending on the day. I use: 1. Precisely my Brow Pencil by benefit 2. Brow MVP by Fenty Beauty 3. Universal Eyebrow Pencil by Billion Dollar Brows (That's in order of preference, not that it really matters)

Not even a firehose will take this off your face
Incredible! Using this, there’s no accidental wipe off. My brows stay in place no matter how hard I’m sweating or if Im up for 3 days straight. Rain doesn’t touch either! No worrying about coming out of the gym or a rainstorm missing one eyebrow anymore! I love love loveee this stuff! Kinda difficult to remove even using makeup remover though, really gotta buff it off.

Keeps Brow Powder in Place
This eyebrow primer helps keep my brow powder from fading on hot days. At the end of the day, my eyebrows look like I just did them. Before I found this eyebrow primer, I used to have to reapply my brow powder every few hours.

The best Drugstore Brow Primer around.
This primer is one of the best or the best comparing to Anastasia Beverly Hills. It really helps to set brow powder for the whole day. It's waterproof and it doesn't smear or budge at all. It also makes brows look natural. I totally recommend it for anyone that doesn't like brow pomades but instead uses the NYx Eyebrow Cake Powder like me.

Works great. Feels a little heavy though.
I use this for my eyeshadow and a little goes a long way. My cheap eyeshadows apply amazingly with this primer. I have to quickly blend the primer after applying because it's so thick and leaves a harsh line with my eyeshadow if I don't.. It feels heavy on my eyelids but it doesn't budge and it's great for it's price!

Really did work! Great for thin eyebrows
I was ordering a night cream and needed to spend a few more dollars for free shipping. I have eyebrows that have thinned out as I’ve aged and the tails are so thin that I wear eyebrow powder or product just to have my eyebrows look normal. The problem is that the tails of my eyebrows even with the eyebrow powder and setting gel wore off quicker than the rest of the eyebrows. I took a chance on this product after a reading the reviews and took a chance. So glad I did, my eyebrow makeup stayed on for 12+ hours and looked natural. Just be sure to use the product sparingly and let it dry for a minute or two before you apply your eyebrow powder.
Works best if you use a light amount
A little goes a long way so don't over apply. This will lock your eye brows or eye brow makeup in place all day. Sometimes I apply it on top of my eye makeup instead of under it and it locks my brow makeup in place all day.
