My Favorite Lip Liner

Did Not Receive NYX LIP PENCIL, COLOR PRUNE

Today is December 13, 2025, and I received my Macy’s package in the mail without the NYX lip pencil, color prune. The only other item inside the package was the Clinique lip stick/lip gloss combo set. No lip pencil. It was probably left out by mistake. How do I get it mailed to me. Thank you.

The slim lip pencil is very precise and easy to control. It outlines your lips cleanly and makes them look fuller. It also helps your lipstick stay on longer and prevents smudging. The only downside is that it can feel a little dry if your lips aren’t moisturized. Overall, it’s simple, neat, and perfect for a clean everyday lip look.

It came on time and in a safe box. But the pencil is harder than I anticipated. I expected it to be creamier, easier to use.

This is a very dry liner which makes it hard to use as it doesn't glide smoothly. I feel like using a coloring pencil ✏️
