I wish it was more liquidy
It is dry and clumpy. And I wish it would glide on nicely

Do not buy
Absolutely horrified at the evolution of this product. 10 years ago it was the only thing I would use. It was discontinued and then came back as complete garbage. Third bottle of the “new” I have bought and they don’t even have product in the tube. Just a dried ratty brush.

Time to give up
As many here I have been using the liner for a long time. Huge fan. Over the last year I’ve been buying them at different places/states and it’s always the same.. dried out, unusable. I recommend the essence liner or a bit of a splurge Anastasia (metallic pink bottle). Both I have found to be the closest to the formula..

Please NYX fix this liner manufacturing
I am 23 and have been using this eyeliner since I was 13. This last year, each one of my Matte liquid eyeliners with the brush have been completely dried out, clumpy, unable to restore with hot water or micellar water, and the brush is frayed, caked, and damaged. I truly love this product, as it’s the only matte liquid liner that has a brush and is affordable, truly a die hard customer of this eyeliner, and have had to last minute turn to other products just to get my makeup done for a day. Please please PLEASE NYX fix this product, I am not sure what has happened in this last year for this product specifically to decline in quality this drastically.

Completely unusable
If I could give it 0 I would. Completely unusable as it’s dried out upon opening. I shook it vigorously as directed on the packaging but no luck - can’t even get a small amount or draw a line as it’s too dry
