Embarrassing for you guys

If I could give this no starts I would. I opened the box and opened the produce and it was dry. I not liquid in it. Everything else I bought worked good my liquid lipstick was perfect my mascara is the best but this eyeliner was awful because it had no liquid in it. So disappointing. I couldn’t believe it lol the brush was all dry

Chucky and dried!

I ordered 3 of these and they all came back as chunky and dried up. I had previously ordered 3 others and they came the EXACT same way! So I thought by ordering more it would prove that those were a one time deal but nope. This just seems to be a fault product

Dry container :(

I've bought these and the last 4 times in different stores and states and they have been dry. I miss the old matte liquid liner before covid. It was an amazing fórmula and there was product in the bottle.

Clumpy and unusable

I'm not sure if I just got a bad batch or what, but I literally couldn't use this. It clumped up and wouldn't apply, no matter how hard I shook the bottle before attempting to use it. Very disappointed, because I've had good experiences with NYX products in the past.

The Liner is dry

I wish it was more liquidy

Do not buy

Absolutely horrified at the evolution of this product. 10 years ago it was the only thing I would use. It was discontinued and then came back as complete garbage. Third bottle of the “new” I have bought and they don’t even have product in the tube. Just a dried ratty brush.
