Arrived broken
The dishes are beautiful and I didn’t even want to leave this review because I thought we would be able to solve it with Macy’s but they left me no choice. Both serving platters I ordered arrived broken in half because they were not properly wrapped like the rest of the dishes. I wish I could add a picture here. I contacted Macys about it and since the order was billed into my husbands credit card because that one was saved into the account l, and even though we both live in the the same address, the representative wouldn’t even consider anything unless he would talk to my husband about it. Tried to explain to him that he’s asleep but he was asking of making a conference call the next day about it. That truly was unbelievable! And while I will have my husband call tomorrow because I still want the platters, I had to leave this review so whoever shops here, makes sure that they have their name in there.

QUALITY AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE
This platter is multi use; I am using for fruit in kitchen, color blends in, just purchased the smaller platter, very authentic.
