Nice rug

Seems well-made and soft with a nice texture. The color Cool Dusk was blue and I was expecting gray but now that I look at it online better I can see the blue. No problem since I’m using it on the floor by the dog shower. Plenty happy with it.

Disappointed

Initial impression was great, soft, plush etc. As with all new products, washed prior to initial use and was quickly disenchanted. The rug came apart completely. I washed the rug on gentle/ delicate and applied a dye free 0% Seventh Generation mild and chemical free detergent. Given the condition, I disposed of the unit and was unable to receive a refund because it would require me to return the item. I had no intention of keep around a soggy and destroyed bath matt; nevertheless, air drying it for days, so my loss on this one.
