Love these glasses

Hairline cracks after normal use

We purchased 4 sets of 4, two small and two tall. All of the glasses we purchased have begun developing hairline cracks/seams. We tried purchasing another set of four glasses to see if this was a batch issue or all manufactured glassware was affected. The new set also has begun developing cracks. I discourage anyone from purchasing these glasses as it seams (pun intended) this is an on going concern from other reviews.

A beauty

The glasses are beautiful. They have a good weight. Not too light not too heavy. There are other reviews that say the glasses have seams. Mine don’t have that.

Seams

There are two seams on the glass. I put a glass in the dishwasher and it literally broke at the seam. I contacted support and thought I was getting it replaced and they put an order for cereal bowls so I again asked for it to be replaced with another agent and that agent put in a replacement for a different glass. The third time I reached out to support, the agent was very rude to me and said it was my fault those items were incorrectly processed and said they didn’t even see the item I wanted on my order. I literally had my email and screen shots of my order number etc. the guy was extremely rude and intentionally kept saying the item was already replaced (wrong items) and I told him maybe five or six times the name of the item I needed replaced he argued with me. I have spent thousands of dollars furnishing my new home theough macys and I do not think I’ll ever shop there again with the way customer service handles and treats their customers.

Two seams on the glasses

The glasses would be nice if they did not have two seams running from top to bottom.
