Frustrating Experience with Missing Item

I’ve been a frequent Macy’s customer, but this experience has left me very disappointed. I ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses along with two other items. While the other products were delivered, the sunglasses never arrived. I submitted a claim, but it was denied with a standard response saying they would not issue a refund or reshipment. As a loyal customer, I expected better support in resolving this kind of issue. It’s frustrating to pay for something you never receive and not be offered a solution.
