4 years agoOasis Collection - failure
I purchased 11 pieces of the Oasis collection in July 2020. I’m very pleased with everything EXCEPT the lounge chairs. Both have come apart at the hinged joint for the back. They are very difficult to fix due to the tension which must have been applied during manufacture. I’m extremely disappointed that they cannot be repaired back to original condition, even with the original parts. It’s obviously a manufacture defect since both lounges failed at the same exact joint only at different times ( first failure was 8/21, a month after the warranty expired). They are very comfortable, easy to store and the perfect color. but I cannot justify more than 3 stars due yo the hinge failure. Extremely disappointing for a Macy’s product!

I purchased the Oasis dining set last year during the July sale. Best value, price and quality. After needing new chaise lounges this year, I once again went back to Macys and during the July sale, got outstanding quality, pricing and white glove delivery - can't be beat by any other store/site. Two sets (4 chairs, 2 tables) delivered today on time with no set-up required or need for disposal of boxes, etc. Perfect!!!! And a quality set that will last for years. A win win all around. Love you Macys!
