Cute just a bit small

The dress is very cute and the color is true to the photo. I especially like how deep the pockets are. It is always nice to have pockets in the dress. The only thing is that the size seems to run a bit small. I ordered my dress one size up because I wanted it to fit lose on me, but it ended up to be snug in the waist area. Other than that it is totally as expected. I am still keeping it because it's cute as it is. For reference I am 5-6 and 115lb normally wears size 4.
