Looks are Deceiving

I'll start by saying that I'm particular and I like what I like. When I saw this I thought, cool concept and really relaxed looking...not. It doesn't look at all like the picture. In my opinion, the picture looks like soft buttery leather. What I received looks like a cheap leather purse?

Good quality, delayed shipping

The product is very good, a little bit overpriced, but the delivery time is insane. I ordered on November 29 and they delivered it on December 10.

Not Happy

The cord wrap that holds the organizer together continually pulls through and cannot be used to hold together. The zipper on one of the pouches has already come apart.

Old Trends New Trends

I absolutely love these organizers & Always will. I bought the Black, Blue, Red & Chestnut @ Nordstrom’s during lockdown. I give them away as gifts. People are stunned when seeing them; not average or ordinary. They make great gifts if you can bear to part with them!

Excellent material. The only thing I didn't like was the second floor supervisor in the clothing department. I wanted to buy a sweater that had a small detail and they didn't even give me a discount for that detail. I am not looking for any alternative to satisfy a client. bad manager.
