HORRENDOUS NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is the worst company I have dealt with so far. I can't speak to a LIVE person to get a credit for a glass ornament that came DAMAGED. It is not worth returning, and I am NOT paying $9.00 to return a damaged item that was damaged before they even shipped it. I can't speak to a live person and the chat is a total disaster. I am so disgusted I will NEVER order from this company again. No customer service, no help, I am out my money and have a damaged item and no way to talk to anyone. I would give them a 0 rating if I could.

Other occasion to buy:Never shipped and never received order placed on Nov 30. Made many calls to Customer Service and still no items and no information, just 2 different delivery dates that are now days passed. I will never received them by December 16. Going to Khol's
