Strap doesn’t stay up

These shoes are very comfortable and look great. However I have to return them because the strap does not stay up. I’m not sure if the pair I received were stretched out or if that’s how the shoe is made. Either way I’m returning them.

Doesn't stay on

These shoes are so cute but the back strap doesn't stay on unfortunately, can't walk more than a few steps and the whole shoe falls off
