Comfortable, But Trash

I always loved the look of this shoe and finally bought it. Extremely comfortable and wore them twice all day, more than 10 hours. But when I put them on today, for the third time, got to work and opened my door, the ENTIRE heel came off the shoe. How freaking embarrassing!!!! Thankfully, I had a pair of nice tennis shoes in my car and ended up wearing those the rest of the day at work. Honestly, I probably would have bought another pair if they had my size. Thankfully, they didn’t and I can still return them and get a full refund. I would love to have been able to share a photo. Again, loved the shoe, but my pair were completely defective, therefore, trash.
