Great- but did something change
These are great- great tasting and really seemed to make a difference. But - they are hard to find- often out of stock at the major retailers. Also it seems like something in the formulation may have changed - the color and taste changed and suddenly they were always stuck together inside the container. Hopefully this will be resolved soon and I hope when they finally come back in stock here and elsewhere they are back to normal.

Use Caution Before Taking This
I used this product for two months and thought it was working, but I didn’t realize the stomach issues that it would create especially severe issues that led me to a hospital. I would be very careful with these gummies especially if you already have stomach issues.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Ok I’ve been using these for about 6 months and they actually work especially for my hair. My hair is full and thick and growing faster than usual! My nails are growing fast also, but are still weak/brittle.
