Effective and good tasting

Better options out there

The packaging and taste of these gummies are good. However I didn’t see any sleep improvement. I wouldn’t waste my money on these again. There are better options out there.

If you have occasional difficulty falling asleep and you want something easy, and safe then yes, Olly Sleep is a reasonable option to try. Be sure to check with your doctor though

Effective and good taste!

I love these gummies! I find the taste great (I get the strawberry) and they have been very effective for me. As the bottle says, in about 30 minutes after taking them I am falling asleep. I especially love that I am not feeling groggy in the morning after taking it to fall asleep the night before.

You won’t feel groggy in the morning.

I’ve used many sleep aids and I have found that these are subtle yet effective! The taste is good, sort of a herbal fruity flavor. I wake up refreshed instead of groggy! Will use again!
