Nice year round dress

Purchased for trip to Rome where arms and knees need to be covered. Liked roll tabs and adjustable belt lets you blouse top as much as you want. Hits right below knee. Not so keen on lycocell - past history tencel wrinkles unmercifully in a suitcase, lets see how this does. Plan to put turtleneck/boots with it fall/winter
