It doesn't work after few than 10 uses. I bought this one because I had a great Omega juicer in the past, but I am very disappointed.

Hello, I am sorry that you are having issues with your VRT400 after only having it for 2 months. The VRT400 has a magnet in the Hopper/Cover that may have fallen out which would prevent your Juicer from engaging with the motor and turning on. The warranty on the VRT400 is for 15 years. pulp is a challenge
I like the juicer....currently I'm juicing cucumber, celery, ginger, and parsley. My issue is that a bunch of pulp comes out of the juice spout instead of the pulp spout and then clogs up the strainer and then I need to use my finger to press the juice past the pulp and through the strainer. In addition, not enough of the pulp goes through and out of the pulp spout so when I go to clean the parts there is a ton of pulp left over that should have went through the strainer. This needs to be improved and would take this from a 3 start to a 5 star. The juice does taste good and I like the design and shelf space it saves .....

VRT 400 Question
Can we blend wheat grass? Do we need a special attachment? The specs say wheat grass at high yield but my wife is asking if we need to buy any added parts. Great machine, use it weekly and freeze 12 jars for daily use.

So much juice, so little waste!
I recently purchased this juicer from my local Bed, Bath and Beyond store. I had done a lot of research prior to making this purchase as it was a significant investment in my health. This unit is easy to assemble, use, and disassemble to clean. The upright design makes it counter top space friendly and it's just plain nice to look at too! I've really enjoyed using it. Is very quiet and so efficient! This is not my first juicer but I can confidently say that with the great warranty and outstanding quality that it is the brand of choice for my juicing needs.

Great Juicer!
I have been using this juicer everyday since receiving it and it works perfectly. I mainly use it to make almond milk. Such a quick process now compared to using a blender and putting the almond milk through a nut milk bag. I've juiced fruits and vegetables to make delicious juices and I couldn't be happier. Assembly and disassembly is so easy as well as cleaning. I really appreciate the cleaning brush included because it's important to thoroughly clean the metal basket.

Easy and fast to load
This is my second Omega juicer, and it loads way quicker because the chute size is twice as big as my 8004 model. The downside is it lacks power and often overheats and shuts down if I run to big of carrots through. Also, it plugs up quickly with celery. I make around a gallon at a time, so smaller servings would not run into these problems as much. Still overall a great quality juicer, very user friendly and easy to clean. But not the best choice if you make large quantities each time.
