Terrible Customer Service

I am writing this because I cannot get any customer service from Macy’s. I have spoken to 6 service people for 2 months-I devoted hours on the phone with your staff. Macy’s took 701 points from my Star Money account and has not returned them to me despite all assurances I did receive from your staff. I am a very good customer. Would someone please reinstate my points.
