Odd fit and fabric

I tried two different sizes and they each fit oddly, too big/bulky but also something just not right. Also the neckline felt itchy, like wool which really irritates me, even though there is no wool in it. Definitely returned both the sizes I tried. Too bad because it’s a nice idea to have a blazer-sweater hybrid for my freezing office.

Fix your website

I tried to order a size Large from the website and didn’t realize that my cart had a XS instead of the size I wanted. I have repeatedly tried to add a Large to my cart and the site continues to show XS. Fix your site Macy’s. No way to contact customer service to highlight the issue.

perfect sweater

purchased in black and brown (had brown last year) it is the BEST sweater jacket to elevate any outfit. the material may need a sweater razor in some areas if overwear but trust me worth buying. i am 5'5/240 and runs true to size. the grey is nice also, i am just to fair for the grey color. wish it came in more options.
