Bed service and on sale

One box had a damaged glove, the other box was totally broken. I was explained that while transporting this had happened. This really waa never ever the case and for example last year. Why there is such a tourchure. Really a very notorious one.

Security tag left on

Product was nice but the security tag was left on the hat. Had to go to the store to get it taken off which defeats the whole purpose of ordering online. Very annoyed.
