Didn’t receive the item

It’s showing delivered but I didn’t receive it ever, I checked in my mail box, at the door everywhere as soon as the status started showing delivered but the sad truth is that I never received it. Plz look into this team!

The earrings I ordered were yellow but I received blue ones. I had to return because, apparently yellow were no longer available. Also, bigger than what I felt was shown in picture.
