Lost package again

Macys mails USPS and the packages never make it to the military post office, APO, AE. The packages track to State side post offices and never make it to Chicago to deliver to London, UK. Are you including the customs forms?

I bought L because I’m M in women's jeans. They fit but was still tighter than I prefer, probably true to size on juniors, material not too thin, well- made.
