This blouse is just plain cute. The ruffle detail is adorable. I’d ordered a 2x and it was too big. So I sized down. I’m losing weight so I’m more a 16w than an 18w, now. I’m 5’3”, I carry my weight in my midsection, and I have an ample bosom.
