Return shoes

I am a Macys fan. I ordered a pair of shoes online. When they came they were too small. I took them back to exchange them. It was the best return I ever had. Very nice people. Very efficient. It took maybe 2 minutes. That’s why I love to shop Macys. They stand behind their products.

Women’s Blaiya Loafer flats

Very nice summer shoe. I have to return it due to the size(7). I wish for a 6 1/2.

Hard and large

I am 7,5 usually order 8 shoes, for loafers style I order 7,5. This pair 7,5 was too large for me, there was space in the tip area. Also they were hard and rubbery - not as comfortable as it looks on picture.

Too stiff and runs small. Sadly they will need to be returned.
