I had to return as they did not fit properly. It was a size 8 in woman's rather than petite. Had hope it would have fit but no luck.

Size is not accurate. It runs small. I risk it since it is final sale I even up size just in case. Still the waist is very small. Nice pants otherwise

Unable to return mail order rude customer service

Portage Michigan refused to allow me to return mail order and customer service rep was rude when I entered the store 20 minutes prior to closing. Mail ordered arrived without invoice or shipping information so I had to retrieve the information off my cell phone. She told me if I couldn’t locate in a timely manner I’d have to come back because they closed in 20 minutes. Last time I shop at Macys and have always been a very good customer.
