Terrible

The skirt is one of the most terrible items I have ever purchased from Macy's the quality is so bad and unacceptable as a customer to purchase and waste their money. I am in the process of returning this mess. The material is the worse.

Returned immediately, the skirt has an elastic waistband that not covered. Were the fabric ends the elastic begins. Cheaply made, thin fabric.
