Lovely jacket but defective

I bought this jacket for my granddaughter for Christmas. She loved it but the lining inside the right arm was twisted so she couldn't get her arm through. We tried to straighten it out but the stitching inside the sleeve is defective. She loves the jacket so much she plans to take it to the dry cleaners to see if they can fix it. Unfortunately, there are no other jackets available in her size. If it weren't for that defect, I would give this jacket 5 stars.

its bulky on me.....indeed. however, its a fun jacket...so i wore it to a winter wedding with a blue sparkle dress. i really like the color and texture of the faux fur and it makes me happy.
