Bad fabric and it was clearly used

I bought this sweater impulsively because it was a good price on the final sale and I like the color however, upon bringing it home, I noticed the fabric is uncomfortable. In addition it smelt strongly of an unpleasant perfume, indicating that it was clearly used prior to selling, which is unacceptable regardless of sales status I did not think Macy’s become a secondhand clothing store. I’m disgusted Ted and of course I can’t return it since it was final sale.
