Disappointed; bad fit.

These pants have a very high waist. It is sized all wrong - it is more like an 8-9 not an 12. Fits very tight and uncomfortable. Because it was on clearance and I ordered online I cannot return and now I have to donate them and contribute to waste. Unfortunate.
