Horrible return policy for online purchases!

I purchased these pants, while the quality is good, I didn't like how they looked and fit on me. But Macy's shady "final act" policy means I'm stuck with them! It is a bad policy for online clothes and shoes to not be able to return items! Macy's used to mean high quality items, but now it seems like they are just like everywhere else: lower quality, higher prices, and bad policies! I don't think I will be shopping much at Macy's anymore! Corporate Greed! These companies think that they can do these things and the customers will continue to buy, buy, buy! They are wrong!!!!

NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM

never recece8ved the ITEM, they only chargé me for the pair of pants, the tracking number didn't even exists, try to check with the ups tracking # and always said they DON'T HAVE POSECION OF THE PACKAGE

Not for an hourglass figure

I have wide hips and a waist measuring around 70% of my hip circumference. These pants looked very strange on me, not flattering at all. Fitted on the hips and thighs, but very loose on the waist despite the elastic, and with a huge amount of extra fabric on the front. Fabric had a nice weight to it.
