Disappointed in the Quality

I bought this sweater for a Christmas party. Very cute and comfy buy after wearing it only a few times it started pilling. It looks awful and I won’t be wearing it again. It’s beyond the return date but I will be bringing it to the attention of Macy’s before it heads to the thrift store. So disappointed the quality of On 34. I spend so much money at Macy’s, it’s criminal! I’ll be rethinking where I shop for clothes.
