I love the softness

I love the softness and brighter white of this On 34th turtleneck. It stretches and has a longer torso. It looks very nice with everything I wear and it’s very comfortable. It’s got a turtleneck that is snug but doesn't stay up but it still looks fine. I bought all 3 colors and am happy with my purchases. It washes beautifully.

Terrible Macy’s Customer Service

Item was fine once I got it. It was shipped to the wrong location in my town. After being on the phone with Macy’s for over an hour, and after being put on hold about 5 times, the customer service rep disconnected the call. Not to mention she was so difficult to understand. The call was torture, and with no results. I paid for 2 day shipping, and received it in a week, so I couldn’t take it on a trip with me. She was going to reimburse me for the shipping, but then disconnected the call. There was no way I was calling back again. So in closing, my bad review is not for the item, but for Macy’s terrible customer service.

Pretty Color

Didn’t realize what this fabric was like and wished it felt more like cotton. Color matches picture as bright pink. Fit is nice.
