Disappointed

I was really looking forward to receiving this sweater! When it came in the first thing I noticed was the beautiful color! I ordered my regular size L. Well, the neck is small, the wrists are tight, and the bottom has a row of stitching that makes it fitted to my hips. This is not what I hoped for. I’m sending it back and not sure if I will order the next size up.
