completely different product in a different size

I received the item and it didn’t look good at all. I tried it on just in case, but it still wasn’t what I expected. When I checked more carefully, I realized they had sent a completely different product in a different size, and now I’m being told the correct item is out of stock. Even the refund process takes a long time. I’m really disappointed. I now have to repackage everything and take it to USPS.

Large and Hot

This is way oversized and extremely warm. But I like it. In Texas, it can very easily be a winter jacket for most of the season.

Waiting on a better size

I ordered a large and it was extremely big, I returned it for a medium and I am waiting for that one to be delivered. I love the colors but also read it is dry clean only which is disappointing.
