Too Big

Sadly I will be returning … I am woman’s size 14 X-Large… the top part of the dress has bunches of too much material under the armpits… and too much material in the bottom/ skirt part…

kind of see through

I do really like it. I will wash and see how it fits after that because it is over 50% cotton. My only complaint is that it is kind of see-through when I held it up to the sun when you don't have both front and back layers pressed against one another, so you will need to wear a slip underneath for going in public. I may need to take it in for alterations anyways, to just shorten it, maybe 2 inches if it doesn't shrink a little bit more in the washer and dryer, so if I'm gonna take it in for alterations anyways, then I can just buy a slip perfect for this piece and have them just sew it in so it's just automatically in place, and then it would be easy to pack and take places without having to remember to grab a slip. I wish company and brands would stop skimping out on things such as dresses if they are going to use thinner materials that are see-through and sew in slips already for the customer for the higher prices we are already paying for thin materials.
