received item with security tag on it

I am very upset with the delivery I received on 9/27/25. The Spanx item has the security tag still on it. so now I have to make a special trip to a Macy's store to have it removed when im going out of the country in a few days. this is such an inconvenience. shame on the person who packed my order for being careless.

Straps ridiculously uncomfortable

The smoothing effects are quite good, however I cannot wear the straps for more than 5 min without them digging into my shoulders. I am fairly large-chested but I figured with the cutouts to wear my own bra, it would work. Definitely not. I realize why they’re thin, to show minimally under clothing straps, but I can’t use them at all. I have to tuck them into my bra. The legs are great and stay down without rolling up and becoming uncomfortable.
