Beautiful flatware

I am so pleased with this set. Beautifully handcrafted and very heavy. Love that it came with a service fork and spoon. Great price too during the Christmas Holiday Sale promotion.

Nice stainless steal /very large utensils

This is a very pretty pattern. Very sturdy. Great price. Gift for daughter for Christmas. Not sure if she will like it. The larger spoon is the size of a serving spoon. Same with large fork. Salad fork is the size of a normal fork.

Piece arrived damaged, warranty useless

I received my set and one of the soup spoons had a large scratch and the end of the bowl felt rough. Oneida wouldn't replace the spoon and 'as a courtesy' offered to 'allow' me to send the entire set back They stated they had no open stock and could only replace as a set. The delivery had already been daily delayed for several days and unfortunately I needed the flatware. Ridiculously poor service. I tried Macy's chat but was advised to call a special number that could possibly address the issue. The special number was just the regular customer service number.

poor quality

I purchased this Onieda Illuma 50 piece service of 8 set for my daughter for her new home in October, 2024. In just 5 months, she has already had to put aside at least 12 to 15 pieces due to rusting, she said almost every week she has another piece of silverware rust. This is unacceptable , as this product was not cheap. I purchased because I have some Oneida products and thought the quality was a good product. Waste of money!
