Macys is dishonest

Macy's is dishonest and despite being a bronze reward member, they gave me no rewards points for this purchase. Stolen money from my pocket. Spent over an hour on the phone with customer service and they refuse to provide earned rewards.

I wanted to love these dishes but what I received were repackaged seconds of such poor quality I had to return the entire order.

An odd set not very functional

I returned for a Gibson 16 piece set I found more useful. The plates were odd sizes and this 4 person 3 piece set just wasn’t very functional. I found the pattern to be a bit boring in person and a bit darker or less vibrant green than I had hoped for.

EMBARRASSING

I sent it as a wedding present and they arrived broken in pieces. When the bride tried to re-order, they were discontinued. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

So disappointing!

I wanted to love these dishes but what I received was boxes of seemingly reopened / repackaged seconds. Each & every piece had multiple imperfections too obvious to ignore. Where was the quality control before sending? Curiously this color option is no longer available on Macys.com or any other retailers site. I returned the set.

Nice quality, variations in color

I love Oneida products and loved the beautiful soft color of the dinnerware set. However, after arriving I realized that some of the plates were blush pink (as seen in the product advertisement), while others were a light tan brown so the set does not look uniform. I contacted Oneida customer service and they indicated it’s a product design issue.

Not Delivered

I received an email that said my order shipped and the due date kept changing. Did not receive my order. Placed a call to customer service today. Found out my order is sitting at a UPS store and I have to go pick it up. I received no notice. Not happy about going to pick up a purchase that I asked to be delivered to my home.
