Broken

Plates arrived broken, it was well packaged but a little loose I guess. Very fragile

Dishes were broken

Dishes are beautiful, just like the picture. The packing of them for shipping however was inadequate. They came via UPS and there was a big hole punch through the side of the box. There was no padding between the box of dishes and the outer box so they were broken. Macy’s customer service to do a good job replacing them as they were a Christmas gift and I was concerned that they would not arrive in time. I would like to purchase another set in blue, but it doesn’t look like you have them anymore.

Damaged item!

It is 3rd time I ordered plates form Macy's. Most of the time they sent me damaged product!! I am tired to order and get broken plates!
