Robe drags on floor

I am 5’3” tall and bought a size medium robe. It fit well except it was way to long and dragged on the floor. The robe was about 4 inches too long and will have to be returned.

what had happened....

being a tall person this hits at just above my ankles.Other than that its not as heavy as I would like and I feel that it is cheaply made.Glad I got it on sale or I would have returned it.I don't believe it will last the season.

Plus size lady's robe

I accidently ordered the wrong size. I made NUMERIOUS calls to my local Macy's and could NEVER reach a live person to find out where to return my article. Then I was told my robe could not be delivered and I would have to pay an additional charge. I did FINALLY receive the robe. This was my first time to order from Macy's on-line. I will NEVER order again due to all I had to go through.

I’m a Satisfied Customer!

I have searched relentlessly for a floor length bathrobe. When I FINALLY found the “Smoked Velour Long Robe” I questioned what the quality would be because of the price. The velour fabric is luxurious as one would expect. The smocking is beautiful and well done. The length is PERFECT! I purchased the “Waterfall” robe and it is true to the color advertised. I am very happy with my purchase.
