Stone fell out

I’ve had this ring twice now. First time as a gift and the opal fell out. I bought it myself this time and once again it fell out after only a few months

Kinda small, two of the stones have fallen out after one wear.

Ring was perfect. My daughter loved it but the opal fell out only 18 days later.
