MISSING BOWTIE & CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT SEND

3pc tux was missing bowtie, Reported to customer service, then replacement tux also incomplete. Returned and request missing bowtie as tux worn/fitted & needed. Yet customer service wouldnt credit as 2pc suit inplace to order bowtie online. Do better Macy's!!! You charged me for 3pc suit and shipped 2pcs. Now they tell me oh well return 2pc tux they dont honor credit for missing item.

I order the suit two weeks prior to my son event and I received an email two days before saying the item was sold out !!! I was highly disappointed because I had to find another suit last min while wait in my refund

You won't regret it

My son wore this suit for his 5th grade promotion and he received so many compliments. We absolutely love this. I order a size 12 first but the pants didn't fit him so I size up to a 14.
