Girls unlock gym bro knowledge

Ladies, the gym bros forgot to tell us about all the benefits of creatine! Besides the obvious muscle recovery benefits, it goes way beyond that - improved cognitive function and bone health, it even raises your estrogen which regulates your menstrual cycle and period symptoms. Hello?? Why have we been excluded from this amazing supplement all this time. This is a great option if you’re just starting out because it’s tasty and easy to mix into water. I love the strawberry peach flavor before I head to my yoga sculpt class.

Yum!

I don’t always use creatine, mainly because I’m not a big fan of most creatine products. This one tastes delicious. It was super easy to drink and refreshing, and didn’t have any gritty texture when mixed with just a spoon.

Good flavor, texture, and price.

Great price. It isn’t super chalky and the strawberry peach flavor was good! I just recently started going to the gym more often and have been taking this almost daily, especially for recovery from more strenuous workouts.

Great flavor and great product!

I really enjoyed the flavor of this product. It was refreshing and easy to drink after working out! It dissolved really well in a shaker bottle with water and sometimes I would even add it to a fruit smoothie and it tasted great. I’m sure that if you took it consistently you would feel more muscular, but whenever I took it I definitely felt stronger! (I just was not consistent enough with taking it). I love this brand as well, I have lots of their protein powders and am excited to continue taking this as I get more into fitness. I would love to try other flavors when I finish this one!

Great drink

The taste of this was good when it’s cold, it’s a very bright and fresh strawberry and peach taste/scent. It was effective in my opinion and made me more productive even as far as having more of a clear mind. Mixed out very well and no grainy texture.
