cheap thin fabric with rubber base

Ultra thin piece of cheap fabric. Rubber bottom. I suppose if you have a dog it will work fine to place it over a lighter colored rug that he might lay around on to prevent stains.

Excellent Rug Pad

I purchased this for under my Karastan area rug. It worked beautifully! Very high quality and it keeps the rug from sliding. It’s worth it to buy a high quality rug pad!
